I can’t access the main website @ viewx.co.uk?

Firstly make sure you have an internet connection and entering the domain name correct.
Close down your internet browser, re-open and enter our domain viewx.co.uk into the browser address bar and wait for loading screen to finish.

The password for protected page is not allowing access?

Make sure you’re on the right page and entering the correct password.
All passwords consist of 6 numbers only.(Example – 120423)

Please make sure you are using the latest web browser and if you know that the password is correct please try to access via another device.
We have tested our website on 95% of the latest platforms & devices. 

The stream keeps freezing/not playing?

We are sorry you’re experienced viewing problem, press F5 firstly to reload the player.
If the problem still persists this could be a few things:

  • Slow/intermittent broadband connection (Viewers side)
  • Computer issues (Viewer side)
  • Streaming cloud server (Service side)
  • *Poor mobile bonding (Service side)

Every effort is made with online checks via the postcode from which the streaming will take place.

A recording will be placed on the secure page at the earliest opportunity on the same day after the event.

I have no sound?

If you’re experiencing having no sound please ensure you have unmuted the sound in the player.

Still no sound check the volume on your device is muted or the volume is turned down low.

Can you guarantee the live stream will be fault free?

Our webcasting & live streaming service rely on sufficient coverage. Every effort is made with online checks via the postcode from which the streaming will take place.

While issues do rarely arise due to the nature of mobile internet connections, live filming, clients own personal equipment used for viewing the stream can be subject to external issues out of our control. Which could cause an interruption or disruption to the broadcast or recording of services.

We can offer *no guarantee the sound or visual streamed data via the internet will be error free or uninterrupted.

All live streams will be recorded to an internal hard drive & camera cards to ensure that the funeral is captured just in case of any live stream disruptions. Recordings will be placed on the secure page at the earliest opportunity on the same day.

*In the unlikely event that both the live stream and the recording should fail, our liability will be limited to a full refund of all monies paid.
